Our representatives receive an email as well as online notification that your message has been sent.

A "new message" icon shows up on the Overview page next to your tape name as well as an email in your "in box" to let you know we have a question for you.

The Message Center allows you to keep a running history of all communications with FET about your embroidery tape file. 

The Message Center is located on the Order Details page for each of your tape orders.
